Information you choose to provide

Project inquiry and Titan Scan forms may collect your name, company, email address, website URL, project interests, timing, budget range and notes. Please do not submit medical records, protected health information, passwords, payment-card details or other highly sensitive information.

How information is used

Task Titan HQ uses inquiry information to review your request, respond, determine whether the work is a fit, prepare a call and keep reasonable business records. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.

Service providers

OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide website hosting, delivery and security. Basin provides form processing and spam filtering when the secure form connection is enabled. Cal.com provides scheduling when you choose to book a call. Cloudflare Web Analytics may provide aggregated traffic and performance measurements without advertising profiles.

Cookies and technical information

Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and timestamps, and may set strictly necessary security cookies. Cal.com may apply its own cookies and privacy terms when its scheduler is opened or embedded.

Retention and choices

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing the address below, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements.

Direct email

If you choose to contact Task Titan HQ by email, your message is handled by the email providers involved in delivering it. Do not send medical records, health information, passwords, payment-card details or other highly sensitive information through the website or ordinary email.

Changes

This notice may be updated when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
